The “Prodigy PA” Training Program – a three-week boot camp that professionally prepares young adults (18-26) interested in becoming a Production Assistant in the media and entertainment industries. Ten to fifteen trainees will spend 3 days in the classroom and 2 days on a live set when applicable. They will learn from classroom instructions, hands-on experiences and conversations with guest speakers. Concluding this intensive professional education experience is a guaranteed job on a feature film or television show. There are additional workshops bi-monthly for 2 years to provide additional work-related support, such as additional technical trainings and networking opportunities. Candidates will also continue to be referred to for Production Assistant jobs for two years after the boot camp. A referral reward system is implemented where a TBD incentive will be provided to any Production Assistant who refers another graduate to a job which results in a hire.

At this stage, Mythic Bridge administrators have laid the groundwork and strengthened the program, such that it is now poised to have more widespread impact. The immediate aim is to double the number of Program Cycles that are staged each year, increasing the output from two to four cycles annually.

Generous funding will allow Mythic Bridge to add additional programming, significantly expanding services, and enabling it to:

· Include many more deserving, at-risk young people into the program

· Become an even more visible and positive presence in the community

· Attract additional, much-needed funding – “From strength to strength…”
